My name is Sonny. The Lil’zartz True Companion is the ongoing story of me, and of my friends, and of my house. It is a story of how the three are becoming one thing, so that, in Lil’zartz, if you speak of my house, you do not mean a structure of rough-cut Cedar, surrounded by a wall of Cream City brick, overgrown with ancient Oak Ivy. No, friends, when you speak of my house, you are understood to mean a structure of which the parts are individual souls from which comes sweet harmony and joy, and in the end, mystic memories and wishful dreams of the next season. For my house is like the unsettled frontier, and my friends are not unlike the pioneers of that land which once stretched, seemingly, forever west.

And so, this is the story of how that group came into being, of how it’s flourished and is growing to be beautiful and wise. This story deals with the adventuring of my friends, the good they’ve done and are doing along the Way through their thoughts, prayers, and endeavors.

Ultimately, this story tells how some of my friends have made it to freedom, and some… well, this is the story.
